You and 98tp each agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for any matters not resolved through the dispute resolution procedures above.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and 98tp with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior communications, representations, and agreements between the parties.
